If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Returns and exchanges will NOT be accepted after 30 days.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still attached and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- Masks are not refundable.
To initiate a return or exchange, please e-mail us at email@example.com to let us know what item(s) you wish to return. We do not offer free return shipping at this time. Please contact us immediately if you receive an item that is damaged or was shipped incorrectly. We will gladly take care of it for you. If we receive any returns that do not meet our return criteria, the items will be sent back to you.
